Crinkle Latex Coated Polyester Cotton Work Gloves

M-Tide manufactures crinkle latex-coated knit gloves with either a 100% cotton liner or a polyester-cotton blend. The irregular latex surface supports contact friction, while the knit liner provides a flexible fit for gardening, carton handling, construction, and assembly. Coating coverage, liner ratio, gauge, color, and packaging can be developed for OEM/ODM production.

  • Crinkle latex grip surface
  • Cotton or polyester-cotton liner
  • Breathable knit construction
  • Flexible general-purpose fit

Product Description

We offer two versions of crinkle latex-coated knit gloves: one with a 100% cotton liner and another with a 70% cotton, 30% polyester liner. A crinkle finish increases contact friction for cartons, tools, and general materials. The gloves are intended for general handling in dry or lightly damp conditions; any wet or oily-use claim should be confirmed on the chosen coating and finished sample.

  • The cotton liner provides a soft hand feel and moisture absorption.
  • The polyester-cotton option adds dimensional stability and practical abrasion resistance.
  • Seven- and 10-gauge liner directions can be evaluated for different balances of warmth and dexterity.
  • Blue, red, and green latex coating colors are available for standard or private-label projects.
  • The knit construction supports repeated gripping and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Style design, sample development, inspection, logos, and packaging are available.

Liner options: The 100% cotton version suits basic handling, gardening, assembly, and general maintenance. A polyester-cotton blend is a better direction when the glove will see more frequent wear, but the ratio and finished performance should be confirmed before production.

How Liner Blend Changes the Wearing Experience

Cotton and polyester solve different comfort problems. Cotton absorbs moisture and feels soft against the skin, while polyester generally contributes dimensional stability and resistance to repeated wear. A blend is therefore a balancing choice rather than a universal upgrade. The result also depends on gauge, yarn construction, coating pickup, cuff tension, and laundering or storage conditions. See the materials and yarn guide and the crinkle-finish article for related selection context.

Use and Protection Limits

These are general-purpose handling gloves. Cotton and polyester-cotton liners are not high-level cut protection, and latex coating alone does not establish a chemical, puncture, or waterproof rating. Select HPPE, aramid, or another tested liner when the hazard requires it. Latex sensitivity should be considered.

Work gloves should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. The ideal storage temperature is typically between **10°C–25°C**. Excessively high temperatures can cause the rubber, nitrile, or coating to age, become sticky, or crack, thereby reducing protective performance.

When measuring glove sizes, first use a soft tape measure to measure palm circumference at the widest point (excluding the thumb), then measure hand length from the base of the middle finger to the fingertip. Refer to the size chart based on these two measurements to select sizes such as S, M, L, or XL. If the palm circumference and finger length correspond to different sizes, generally prioritize the palm circumference and choose a tighter or roomier fit based on personal preference.

FAQ

What is the difference between cotton and polyester-cotton?

Cotton feels soft and absorbs moisture. Polyester generally contributes stability and repeated-wear durability. The blend ratio should be confirmed for the intended task.

No. Cotton and polyester-cotton liners are for general handling. Use a tested HPPE, aramid, or composite liner for higher cut risks.

Light oily use should be confirmed on the selected coating and finished sample. Latex alone does not establish oil resistance.
